The prices indicated are in Euro per person and overnight stay, including breakfast buffet, sauna and VAT.

The different room prices arise out of the different location, size and furnishings of the rooms. All other services are the same. All of the rooms have a telephone and colour TV.

Starting at the room category “Comfort double room”, there is the possibility of accommodating a third person or two children. The price for a third person 16 years of age or older is 30.00 euros per night including breakfast.

Half Board:
We charge 25.00 euros per person per day for half board (à la carte or buffet).

Car Parking:
We charge 10.00 euros per day for a parking space for your car (N.B.: limited capacity).

Pets:
Small pets (dogs, cats) can be brought along upon request.
The price is 10.00 euros per day.

Reduction for Children:

• up to 3 years in the parents’ room free – baby cots are provided free of charge!
• up to 15 years of age in the parents’ room: 23.00 euros per child per night including breakfast (bed couch or extra bed depending on the room)
• half board – for children from 4 - 12 years of age: 13.00 euros per child per day, from 13 years of age we charge 25.00 euros per person per day
• single parent with child – for those travelling alone the accommodation for a child up to 15 years of age in the same room is free of charge.

Visitor’s Tax:
The seaside resort Binz levies a visitor’s tax. The community’s visitor’s tax is levied on location (rate: according to the season).

Sauna:
Free of charge to our guests.

Arrival and Departure:
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 15:00 o’clock.
On the day of departure the rooms are available until 11:00 o’clock.
